Orders ship via UPS, Fedex or US Postal Service. Transit times from Maryland range from 1-5 business days depending on your location in the country.
Orders shipping to Canada ship via FedEx every Thursday via freight. Tracking information will not show package progress until the order crosses the border and is taken off the freight shipment for small package distribution. Most Canadian tracking numbers will update 3 business days after it leaves our warehouse in Maryland.You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped.
We manufacture and ship all Kuranda Beds and accessories out of Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Returns / Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
Full product credit is provided for returns / exchanges of product in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We understand that it can be hard to determine the right size bed for your dog. If you receive the bed and find it’s not the right size for your dog, notify us within 7 days of receiving the bed and you will receive full product credit for your exchange.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the credit that is provided for exchanges or return of product that has been removed from original packaging.
A $10 restocking fee will also be applied for the return of any custom items including embroidery and Custom CORDURA® Bed Pads even if those items are still in original packaging.
Deluxe fleece pads, reversible fleece pads, canvas bed pads, bolster items or slip covers that have been removed from their original packaging are ineligible for refund or store credit.
LupinePet Collars & Leashes in new/unused condition can be returned/exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

Once we receive your return, a product credit will be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit to be applied to an exchange.
