What if I have delivery issues?

First, let's check a few things so we can make sure you get your package as quickly as possible:

1. Make sure the shipping address that was entered at checkout was correct. Sometimes payments made from a digital wallet (PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, Apple Pay etc.) will autofill a previously used shipping address.

2. View the tracking link and check if a photo is displayed of the delivery confirmation.

3. Check around your home (sometimes packages can be left in odd or unexpected places).

4. Check with neighbors to make sure it wasn’t left at the wrong place by mistake.

5. Allow 48 hours for your package to be delivered. In some cases, a package can be marked as delivered even though it has not been dropped off at the door yet. (If no photo is present).

6. If you still haven’t found your package, please, contact us so we can help.

NOTE: Since we have no recourse with our carriers if a package was delivered and subsequently misplaced or stolen, we do not offer refunds or replacement shipments.

It's important to make sure you have a secure delivery location.
We recommend setting up a free account with FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS Profile since that allows you to share your delivery preferences, hold packages for pick up, and communicate with your carrier regarding special needs for your deliveries.
