Michelle Crozier, representing Midwest Animal ResQ says "My dogs Stella & Gibby are both rescues. Since adopting them, we have fostered many dogs. They help tremendously with all our fosters. Here they are sharing their bed with our foster Cody. Cody (the black dog) was at risk of being put to sleep at a somewhat rural shelter, until he was rescued. We fostered him before his transport to his final destination. He was very timid when he came to us, but Gibby & Stella helped make him feel welcome. He soon came back to life, showing his true happy, bouncing self. I have 2 Kuranda beds and Cody loved them! He was so happy to never have to lay on a cold, hard floor again!
MarQ recently filled a need in the Kansas City metro area. They signed a contract with the city of Raytown and will be providing a no kill option now for that city. We have fostered several dogs and pups for MarQ's sister group, Doghousing Inc., and thus am very familiar with their wonderful rescue efforts in and around the KC area. They also work well with other rescues to help save homeless or at risk pets of all kind."
Erin Morse at Midwest Animal ResQ says "Our mission is simple; Completing Families One Tail at a Time.
We rescue companion animals that are at risk, and place them in loving homes. We do not focus on a particular size or breed...or even species...just whoever needs us the most!"
