Shetland Sheepdog Dog Beds

The Shetland Sheepdog, commonly referred to as the Sheltie, is a unique breed that often gets mistaken for a miniature Collie but it is actually an entirely separate breed. The Sheltie is a beautiful, fun loving, dog that originates from the Shetland Islands off of Scotland. They’re a high energy breed that will herd just about anything and love every minute of it. Because the Sheltie has a long double coat, we would recommend the Medium Kuranda dog bed with the 40oz Vinyl, or the Vinyl Weave, as to avoid getting their fur stuck. If you have more than one Sheltie, you might go with the Large bed because Shelties like to play together, on and off the bed.
