Testimonials: Recovering Dog

He loves it!

We have an Anatolian Shepherd--32 inches at the shoulder and 130lbs. He was getting sores on his elbows so we bought this bed (though he already had access to several others). He loves it, prefers it, and his elbows have healed perfectly. Thanks!

I love the product.

I bought the kuranda beds in size large for my two wheaten terriers. I wanted it extra big for comfort. Both dogs required surgery one for a ligament tear in the knee the other for a mass on the eye. I knew the beds would be a great "hospital" bed for them. They are resting and recooperating happily on their Kurandas.

Just what I was looking for!

I have an older large breed dog that has gradually lost control of her bladder when she is relaxed. Despite medication, she often "leaks". This bed is perfect for keeping her out of the mess at night. It drips right through the mesh. The bed is a breeze to clean with soap and water and my dog seems to be quite comfortable laying on it.

Bruno is crate trained again w/ Kuranda!

Our boxer had surgery almost 2 years ago. Before the surgery, he was crate trained. It must have been traumatic for him to have to the surgery because he would never go back in the crate. However, after purchasing the Kuranda crate bed, he walked right into his new bed in his crate and has loved it ever since. Thank you Kuranda!

(Oh, and our other two dogs also got new Kuranda's which they absolutely love as well!)

Great bed

We just got 2 beds for our dogs. They were easy to assemble, are lightweight, but strong. I can move them around to the garage or back inside the house. Sadly, our big dog, before even sleeping a night in his new bed, was diagnosed with lymphona. He's home now and lying in his new bed resting after chemo. We know his time with us is limited, so being able to join him in his bed and cuddle with him has been a blessing. That's a strong bed, holding myself and my 97 lb dog! Knowing he is comfortable during this tough time is a relief. Great product.

Dog on Kuranda Bed

Thank You

I have a partially paralyzed Pit Bull Terrier. This bed is the best product that I have bought for him hands down. Since he can't jump or climb well, I purchased a crate bed. He can't control his bladder and I hate to keep him in diaper wraps, I put piddle pads under his vinyl weave bed and it works great. Thank you so much for this product that finally keeps my best friend comfortable and dry!!!

Two are better than one

Well I just ordered a second bed for kid kane, yes two beds for one dog! My boy just had surgery on his knee and I wouldn't have him sleeping on anything else. I even asked the hospital if i could bring his bed with him. Now he can have one up stairs and one down stairs...

Comfortable recovery

Thank you so much for taking the extra effort to expedite the bed for our dog, Brita Mae. She's recovering from her surgery and I can't tell you how great it was for her to lie out in the sunshine on her new bed - elevated from undesirable elements! I think you have a terrific product and have spread the word to all my dog-lovin' friends!

On the road to recovery with his Kuranda bed

I just wanted to THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for so quickly making a special mesh bed for my dachshund, Rojito, who is recovering from back surgery. Ro suddenly became paralyzed and incontinent due to a disk rupture in his back. I was at my wits end trying to keep him clean and dry during his recovery period. I tried to order a orthopedic pet bed made especially for incontinent pets, but it was on back order and the company couldn't tell me when the bed would become available. It literally felt like they were adding insult to Ro's injury. The mesh bed you made for Ro has been a Godsend! You will be happy to know that Ro is recovering from back surgery. He is getting control of his bladder back and starting to learn how to walk again. Accidents are still common, but I don't worry one bit - the wetness goes right through the bed onto the puppy pad and a quick wipe puts the bed back to good as new condition! Because any kind of steps are off limits, we left the legs off and simply set the bed frame on top of the puppy pad to hold it in place. He's confined to the bed within a small section of an exercise pen; a few easy to wash fleece blankies make Ro's confinement safe and comfortable. After two weeks we have had absolutely no problem keeping him clean and dry, with no signs of bed sores or infection! Hooray! Thank you again for making this most difficult time just a wee bit easier to take. Not only are your beds wonderful, but your company is as well! You guys ROCK!
