Returns / Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
Full product credit is provided for returns / exchanges of product in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We understand that it can be hard to determine the right size bed for your dog. If you receive the bed and find it’s not the right size for your dog, notify us within 7 days of receiving the bed and you will receive full product credit for your return or exchange.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the credit that is provided for exchanges or return of product that has been removed from original packaging.
A $10 restocking fee will also be applied for the return of any custom items including embroidery and Custom CORDURA® Bed Pads even if those items are still in original packaging.
Pads and accessories that have been removed from their original packaging are ineligible for refund or store credit.
Why do Kuranda Beds ship unassembled?
Assembling your Kuranda Bed is a simple task; it comes down to 8-12 screws in the corner brackets and should only take 10-15 minutes.
When we ship beds assembled, shipments incur "oversized rates" which almost triples shipping expenses.
Including those exorbitant shipping costs in the price of the product is easier for other companies who have their products made overseas but because we manufacture our products and source our materials domestically, we find including those costs much more difficult.
We would prefer to save you the extra money of oversized shipping costs and send you your Kuranda Bed unassembled.
Assembly requires the use of a Phillips-head screwdriver (or an electric drill) and a 7 1/16 (or an adjustable) wrench.
