Many years of comfort for arthritic Rotti
I've had two of these beds for years. I've replaced the fabric and several legs. My old arthritic dogs love them and my year old Doberman puppy can't chew the fabric (Win! Win!!), although she took care of the fleece liners! I think I learned about them on the Internet. Can't recall if it was through an email from you or if I searched for a comfort bed for my two Rottie who had terrible hips from puppies on. My oldest and the one with the most malformed hips lived to 12 1/3 years and I do attribute that to swimming and your bed. So thank you!

Strong enough for Basenjis
Basenjis are notorious bed killers - we've never found a bed they can't destroy - until now! This is the second bed we're ordering. This time we're trying the vinyl weave as water and air can get through it. I will be sending a picture of one of our fur-kids enjoying her Kuranda bed!

One is not enough
I found out about Kuranda beds because I used to work in a vet clinic, that is what we had in all of our kennels! I ordered one already and now I am forced to order another one. We had gotten the first one for the beach house, and they like it so much that we had to get another one!! Can't wait, thanks!!

Father knows best!
My dad purchased one of your beds for our great dane. It is absolutely the most amazing bed- completely undestructible, washable, durable... still looks brand new after 2 years of daily use! I have my own dog now- a pug/westie mix and she has destroyed every bed I have bought her so far. I was so thankful when I found your website so now she can have one of your beds too! We are very excited to get it!

Thanks for making such a great product.
When I first found out about your beds I simply googled "chew-proof bed" and found my way to you..... your beds are by-far the best. I purchased 2 beds when I first discovered you (several years ago) and have just purchased 2 more....one for group lounging outdoors, and one for a crate. thanks for making such a great product, please don't ever stop. All the best.

Beds stand up tohHungry Jack Russells
I have spent at least 1,000 dollars on dog bedding, training, etc. for my two JRT's. They eat every bed that is introduced to them. Most recently (in the past two weeks) I bought a "guaranteed" bed from another company for 200.00 for them to share. They chewed it in less than 24hours. The company offered no support and only a small discount if I purchased another bed. Recently, my dogs stayed for a weekend at the Shaker Hill Pet Spa and Resort in Pittsfield, MA where they slept comfortably on your "cots". They are there this weekend and the techs reported that they did not chew at all!! I immediately came home and ordered two beds. I hope that they work out!

Well worth the money for Great Danes
Thank you so much for this great bed. My 10 month old Great Dane puppy had chewed through every "bed" we gave her - blankets, pillows, towels, etc - all shredded. My husband finally gave up and said no more - she gets nothing. I decided to try your "indestructable" cot. She has had it for about a month now, and I can see where she has tried to "dig" through it and chew on one of the sides, but so far, she hasn't hurt it one bit. I am so pleased. This bed was well worth the money.

A family favorite
I stumbled upon this site in looking for a 'chew free' bed when I first placed my order. Your beds have been through a lot of wear and we're just replacing the vinyl which is wearing thin. However, our dogs have not chewed on these beds at all! We'll never buy anything else. It's the only bed that has lasted more than 2 days in this house, and I'm sure saying we've had them for at least a year it cutting it short. Plus, they don't hold odor the way a cushion bed holds odor and they are so easy to clean. Great job!

No more snow in the spring!
I already have a Kuranda for my yellow lab, Molly. I decided to purchase this one for the house. During the day, Molly is outside and her bed is in the garage. I got tired of transporting the bed from the garage to the house after we got home from work each day and then back to the garage at bedtime.
My testimony: When Molly was a puppy, she literally destroyed every bed we purchased for her. When I came home from work one day, the yard looked as if it had snowed, it was spring time! I saw your advertisement in a magazine and went online to find out more. I talked my husband into giving the Kuranda a try, he was confident she would destroy this bed too, and the rest is history. While putting the bed together, which was really simple by the way, Molly couldn't wait to get on the bed and has been in love with it ever since.
I have recommended the bed to my family and friends and they have been just as pleased as I have been. |

You have a great product!
I just wanted to let you know that our 1 year old German Shepard loves his Kuranda bed. We have tried EVERY bed made, and one has never lasted longer than 6 hours in his kennel. When I put his Kuranda bed in his kennel, he licked it and was sitting on it within minutes. This is the ONLY bed he has not destroyed! I just placed an order for a crate bed to put in his dog house also. I have been telling everybody about the Kuranda beds - you have a great product!

Healthy place to sleep for dogs.....and cats too!
We ordered one of your beds for our older dog who has a hip disorder. The bed was an immediate hit. The only problem is that we now have an on-going
battle between the dog and our two cats as to who gets to sleep on the bed.
We had to order another one for our cats! |

A good night's sleep!
We recently ordered two of your beds for our Labradors. Hunter our large male yellow lab has already given it the bounce test with his full 102 lbs. Both of our dogs have always wandered around the house at night but for the last two nights of sleeping on their new beds neither one has moved an inch. Will be recommending this type of bed to all our friends and relatives.
Thanks for a great bed.

Lovely bed for a Lab!
The bed arrived and it was simple to assemble and our chocolate lab Auggie has been using it. He likes it in the kitchen, and when I move to another room the bed is easy to relocate. He tried to claw his way through it for a few moments, and then he stopped when it would not co-operate. He is a dedicated fabric destroyer. It is a lovely bed.

Our home will never be without at least one!
We purchased a bed just like the one we're ordering this time for our boy Toto in 2005 and he just loves it!
The new bed is intended for use on our deck so he can sunbathe in luxury!
I discovered Kuranda beds a few years ago when I was working for the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue group and our home will never be without at least one...probably two! |

You have a great product!
These will be the 3rd and 4th Kuranda beds I have donated to our local shelter. They love the beds and so do the animals. Some visitors, after seeing the beds, have donated beds, too. You have a great product that sells itself.

Best purchase we ever made!
We look forward to receiving our new Kuranda as we already have one for our first dog and it's been, hands down, one of the best purchases we've made for him. We've just brought home a second dog and buying another Kuranda was a no-brainer.
We learned about your beds after Kaiser, our Border Collie, chewed through two of your competitor’s models. And when we found out about your product, we figured what the heck, let’s try it. Lo and behold, your product as proven to be everything you advertise it to be – the best dog bed, hands down. |

Beds for the whole family!
HELLO, I LOVE YOUR BEDS. I ORDERED ONE FOR MY 8 MONTH OLD RAT TERRIER/CORGI MIX FOR HER TO TRY OUT. MY LITTLE DOG CHEWED UP 3 BEDS BEFORE KURANDA. SHE ALSO USED TO GET OUT OF HER CRATE SORE AND VERY SLOW. WITH HER KURANDA BED IN HER CRATE SHE LOVES IT SO MUCH. SHE JUMPS RIGHT OUT OF HER CRATE IN THE MORNING WITH NO PROBLEMS OR SORENESS. SHE ALSO IS A VERY BIG CHEWER. I LOVE THAT SHE CAN NOT DESTROY THIS BED.
MY LITTLE DOG LOVES HER BED SO MUCH THAT I ORDERED 2 MORE FOR HER SISTER (BLACK LAB) AND BROTHER (ROTTIE). THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT. IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS I WILL BE ORDERING 3 MORE ALL METAL BEDS FOR OUTSIDE AND 2 MORE BEDS FOR MY CATS THAT WILL LOVE THIS ALSO.
I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE ABOUT THESE BEDS, THEY ARE SO WORTH THE MONEY, A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT!!!
THANK YOU

Comfortable recovery
Thank you so much for taking the extra effort to expedite the bed for our dog, Brita Mae. She's recovering from her surgery and I can't tell you how great it was for her to lie out in the sunshine on her new bed - elevated from undesirable elements! I think you have a terrific product and have spread the word to all my dog-lovin' friends!

Two are better than one
Well I just ordered a second bed for kid kane, yes two beds for one dog! My boy just had surgery on his knee and I wouldn't have him sleeping on anything else. I even asked the hospital if i could bring his bed with him. Now he can have one up stairs and one down stairs, it just happened that I remodeled my upstairs room and this new color will be great in it. It is really great to know just where to go to get what you want. Once I had one, I will never need to shop around.

Catching Some Zzzz's
Our two "boys": Saajen, a four-year old Miniature Poodle and Mojo, a one-year old Havanese LOVE their Kuranda bed in the kitchen. We just purchased a second wooden bed for them to use in the living room. The "boys" do everything on their Kuranda beds: chew their treats, play with their toys and of course snooze. Thanks for designing such a dog-friendly product, that pups and their "parents" can appreciate.

A Bed To Call His Own

As much as our dog loves our couch and bed, he can not get enough of his Kuranda bed. Now that he's getting bigger, he?s not able to share the couch with us, so he chooses the Kuranda bed, which he obviously loves. Thanks for such a great product!

Makes Playtime Fun

My dogs love to play on these beds! Wiggles (my Sheltie) feels a better match for Penny (my Collie) when Wiggles is standing higher on the bed. Then Dusty Blue and Sabrina (Yellow Lab/Husky mix) take turns knocking each other off the bed, rolling on it, pouncing on it, and anything else they can come up with. Thanks for such durable beds!! |

Spoiled English Bulldogs
We take care of rescues and already use kuranda beds with them; we decided our personal English Bulldogs would like a Kuranda bed also and we like the fact that they are so easy to keep clean and that you never have to worry about a chewed bed.

A Family Affair
We received the blue bed last week and with Four Dobermans we just weren't sure if they would take to it.. WELL!! We had all four trying to get on ONE bed so we had to buy another. After the Holidays we will continue to get the rest of our crew one, but for now this second one will help. We have three sleeping on one and with two beds in our home I am sure they will split up and that will put two dobes on each .. THEY LOVE IT!!! and so do we!!

Room for more...
Today 10-23-05 I ordered another Kudura bed for my three dogs, this is the second one I have ordered, the first one is a large and almost two small for my three wonderful dogs/kids/family pets. They love their bed, however it doesn't have a pad for it. They use it all the time but someone is always being pushed off so I ordered an extra large bed this time with a pad.
Thanks so much, we look forward to receiving another one of these great pet beds.

Longest lasting bed
I am delighted with my purchase, as is my dog Avery. Avery is a Border Collie mix I adopted from a rescue and is as fantastic as she is frustrating! Every dog bed I bought lasted no mare than 2 days (that is being kind). I bought your product with trepidation due to price, however I wanted to provide a bed for Avery where she is off the floor. It has been nearly a week and she hasn't so much as nibbled on it, and goes to it as soon as she is put in her kennel at night. I'm happy, she's happy. I am contemplating a 2nd purchase for when she is outside so maybe she sleeps there instead of digging up my yard to make her 'nests'. I will recommend to all dog owners I know!

...no more itchy nights
I just wanted to tell you how much our 100 pound lab, Gus, loves his Kuranda bed.
Gus suffered for many years with persistent skin allergies. Nights were especially challenging. Gus would lick and itch periodically all through the night. Medication didn't seem to touch the problem. After a visit with our vet, she encouraged us to try to improve his environment by removing as many 'irritants' as possible from the home. At that point, we realized that our number one culprit was his traditional foam bed -- a harbor for tons of dirt, pollen and other floor allergens! We searched the net for another alternative and found your company. Now, with his elevated bed and the fleece covering that we can wash weekly (it washes beautifully!), I am happy to share that Gus's night time licking and itching has vastly decreased. He loves the bed and we love him not being up all night!
Thank you for a great product. My husband and I love looking down from the bed and seeing our precious puppy dog sleeping peacefully. |

I have seen all three of them on the bed at the same time
I have written you before about how much my two labs love their Kuranda bed, and how sturdy it seems to be. Just wanted to let you know that
there are now THREE labs, and I have seen all three of them on the bed at the same time (probably over 225 lbs. of labs), with seemingly no ill effects on the bed.
Thank you again, for a wonderful bed that is still going strong!!! |

Thanks for coming up with a bed that my little dachund won't trash! If you have one of those special critters that likes to tear up their

Just wanted to let you know that Tug's fleece arrived yesterday. I put it on his Kuranda bed and he absolutely LOVES it! I had thought that he might try and shred it (or at the least, take it off the bed) but so far, he's quite content to snooze upon it!

...the 'Kuranda Experience'
I just thought I would write and thank you for making such a wonderful bed! It was so easy to put together, it took me no time at all, and before I had even tied the lambs wool bed pad in place, Harrison had climbed on and made himself comfortable! He is sleeping, (and for the first time not snoring!) as I write this.
As you can see from the photos, Harrison has been trying out his own versions of the Kuranda bed since he first arrived. I heard about the 'Kuranda Experience' from the newsletter, 'The Straight Poop', and I've been looking forward to being able to give Harrison a warm, comfortable and supportive bed. He is extremely happy with the real thing!
I just wish I had heard of the Kuranda bed when I had my last Great Dane, as she was a demolition expert from the day she came home, and the number of beds she destroyed in her short four years, cost a small fortune, and were never very comfortable. She died from cancer in her shoulder joints, and would have found this bed much easier to get up and down from then the ground, or the couch!
Thank you again Kuranda, |

We felt terrible having him sleep on the floor...
I just had to let you know what a miracle your bed has been to us. We have a Doberman who is almost a year and a half. We ordered the bed for his first birthday thinking we'd be rid of it the very next day like all the rest of the beds we'd bought. We lost count somewhere after bed 5....or was it 6...
I don't really know but as soon as we'd bring it thru the door he'd destroy it in seconds...no matter what it was made of. Even other "chew
proof" beds. Never took him more than a day to destroy a bed..not even as a teeny puppy. We felt terrible having him sleep on the floor when he loves to curl up and be cuddly and warm but every time we'd put something down for him he'd eat it! He didn't just maul things to death... he actually ate them as well...even w/bitter apple or that hot pepper spray stuff..whatever, he'd eat it. I didn't want to jump the gun in saying how wonderful this bed is untill we'd lived w/it for a while and now we have and it's the BEST!!! He has never! even attempted to eat it...I guess because there's nothing he can really get to so he's never tr |

I e-mailed the following to my brother...
I e-mailed the following to my brother, in Alabama......"We bought each of our three girls, Dobes one of these beds. They are the greatest. They can be scrubbed and hosed off,the girls can't chew on them or tear them up. They keep the girls off the cold floor or ground about four inches. They use them all the time. We even take them to Arizona with us. All the other dog beds we've ever had never lasted very long. We've had these for over a year now. You might want to consider one for Roca."

Thanks for such a great product....

It's HOT here in S.E. Washington State in the summer. Our thick coated dogs love to lay on the air conditioning vents to cool off but then the air is blocked from getting all around their bodies as well as into the room.
Here is a picture of my plush coated King Shepherd, Sally Bear on her Extra Large Poly Weave Kuranda Bed. My husband calls it her 'Air-Bed'. Its over the AC vent so all the cold air flows up around her body and cools her off. She loves it!!
I have two beds now for my Shepherds and will be getting a third for my older Boxer.
Thanks for such a great product. Thought you would enjoy this picture. |

It actually comforts him while he's alone...

This is Kirby, we adopted him from a shelter in Mississippi, he rode the airplane to Minnesota to his new home. While we are away at work, this is his favorite place to be. I believe it actually comforts him while he's alone. This bed has done wonders for our house, he no longer wanders around looking for things to destroy. Thank you so much Kuranda! |

He loves it and stays in place all night long

This is our two-year old Shepard/Boxer/ (you fill in the blank) mix, 'Duane', that we adopted from the local animal shelter at three months old. He's great!
Our only complaint was his constant war and the eventual demise of his very costly bean-bag type bed. (WHAT A MESS!!!)
We found out about your product from our kennel and figured we'd give it a try. He loves it and stays in place all night long.
I was not aware of your lambs-wool bed topper and do hope to win one with this resting beauty of ours! (He's a big-time 'nester', hence the flannel sheet covering your bed.)
