The dedicated volunteers of Res Q Angels strive to rescue, rehabilitate, and ultimately re-home the staggering number of stray dogs in Yakima County. RQA operates in a transparent, socially accountable way in order to save the greatest number of animals with the highest regard for quality of life for the animal.
