I only had a misting system to help the dogs stay cool. Then I had a gread idea that worked great – I froze water in plastic milk jugs, placed them under the kuranda beds and the dogs quickly discovered the cool spot and spent a cool afternoon snoozing on their beds. Owners were impressed and felt better about leaving their dogs with me. Now I have an air conditioned building for those extra hot days, but will still use the ice beds for those who don’t like crates.

This is Sawyer enjoying his XXL Aluminum Kuranda bed. It took him a day or two to get used it, but he loved it up until he crossed the Bridge.
